  • Welcome to SKULPT Studio. By using our website and booking services you agree to these terms.

    Accounts and bookings

    • You may need an account to purchase packs and book classes

    • All bookings are subject to availability

    Pricing and payments

    • Prices are in JOD and include any applicable local taxes unless noted

    • Payment is due in advance using the methods offered in the app or in studio

    • Packs are nonrefundable and nontransferable unless required by law

    Cancellations and lateness

    • Please cancel at least 6 hours before the class to keep your credit

    • Late cancellations and no shows are charged in full

    • If you arrive more than 9 minutes late we cannot admit you and the credit is lost

    Health and participation

    By attending you confirm you are fit to participate and will follow instructor guidance. You are responsible for informing us of injuries or pregnancy so we can offer suitable options.

    Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by Jordanian law SKULPT Studio is not liable for injuries or losses arising from participation in classes or use of the facilities except where caused by our negligence.

    Intellectual property

    All site and brand content including SKULPT name, logo, images, copy, and class materials is owned by SKULPT Studio and may not be used without permission.

    Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Jordan.
